Number 1 Capital Quarter is the second speculative office building at Capital Quarter. Work is due to commence in the Summer of 2011 on this 77,740 sq.ft. Grade A building. The building will have floor plates of 9,849 sq.ft., BREEAM rated Very Good and benefit from additional retail/leisure space at ground floor level.
